Common questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page or Stripe billing portal whenever you like. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
Switch plans from the pricing page or your account. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
What can Robot Visible publish automatically?
Fix & Prove can prepare supported GitHub or Shopify changes. Every change is previewed first. Ambiguous targets, unsupported site frameworks, and sensitive claims stay manual.
Does Robot Visible publish without approval?
No. GitHub changes are always draft pull requests, and Shopify updates require explicit selection and approval. Robot Visible never auto-merges a pull request or silently publishes a new page.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once a year for the price of ten months, so you get two months free. Switching from monthly to annual takes effect immediately with prorated billing; switching from annual back to monthly starts at the end of the year you have already paid for.
What happens to my reports if I downgrade?
Your scan history and reports stay available. You just won't be able to create new fix plans above your tier's limits.
Do I need to sign in for the free scan?
No. An anonymous scan gives you a readiness score, one live AI answer to a real buyer question with the sources behind it, and the next move to make. Create a free account to keep the report, monitor one page, run three scans a month, and track three customer questions.
