• OpenAI helps generate report analysis. We send the text content of your publicly accessible pages for analysis.
• Stripe processes payments for full reports.
• Resend delivers report emails.
• Vercel provides hosting and analytics for robotvisible.com.

Data storage

• Reports are stored so they can be accessed after generation.
• Scan data is retained for 90 days.
• Payment references are retained for accounting purposes.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not track you across other sites.
• We do not access authenticated or private pages.
• We do not store payment card details.

AI disclosure

Reports are generated using AI. We send the text content of your publicly accessible pages to OpenAI for analysis. We do not send data from private or authenticated pages.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data by emailing hello@robotvisible.com.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only, such as those needed for session management and remembering your currency preference. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

Under UK PECR and the EU ePrivacy Directive, essential cookies that are strictly necessary for the service to function do not require consent. We inform you of their use as a matter of transparency.
