Service description

Robot Visible scans and reports on public web pages using automated checks and AI analysis. A free scan gives an initial score and summary. Paid subscriptions (Monitor and Fix & Prove) unlock detailed fix plans, recurring page monitoring, competitor comparisons, and implementation guidance. Live AI answer checks test whether answers mention or cite your site. They are available on every plan, with higher monthly limits on paid plans.

Acceptable use

• Submit only URLs you own or have permission to analyse.
• Do not abuse, disrupt, or overload the service.
• Do not submit malicious URLs or use the service for harmful activity.

Authority to connect and modify services

You must have authority to connect each repository, Shopify store, domain, and resource to Robot Visible and to approve changes to it. You must not bind a site to a publisher that you do not control or use the service to modify third-party content without permission.

Review of proposed changes

Robot Visible prepares draft or proposed changes from available site and citation evidence. You are responsible for reviewing and approving factual claims, brand language, legal or regulatory statements, prices, policies, and other business information before publication. GitHub changes are opened as draft pull requests, and Shopify changes are applied only after approval, but approval does not replace your own editorial, legal, security, or compliance review.

Disclaimer

Our reports provide recommendations, not guarantees. We do not guarantee search rankings, AI citations, traffic increases, or any other commercial outcome. Results are generated using AI analysis and should be reviewed before you implement them.

Robot Visible does not guarantee indexing, rankings, inclusion in AI-generated answers, citations, traffic, sales, or any particular visibility result. Verification that content is publicly present shows deployment status, not guaranteed search or AI performance.

Intellectual property

Reports generated for you are yours to use. The Robot Visible service, its tooling, branding, and site content remain our intellectual property.

Payment terms

Robot Visible offers a free tier and paid monthly subscriptions (Monitor and Fix & Prove). Subscription prices are shown at checkout and billed monthly in your chosen currency. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Availability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We aim for high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or uptime.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or suspend access where these terms are violated or the service is used in a way that creates risk for us or others.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
