Refund Policy
We want every Robot Visible paid plan to be useful and fair. If something goes wrong, we'll work to make it right.
Our commitment
We want you to find your report useful. If you do not, we will review the issue fairly and look for the right outcome.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions (Monitor and Fix & Prove) can be cancelled at any time from your account page or the Stripe billing portal. You keep full access until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days in a billing period unless required by applicable law.
When we refund
- If a report fails to generate.
- If a technical error prevents report delivery.
- If the report is materially incomplete or unusable for the URL you submitted.
How to request
Email hello@robotvisible.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details and a short explanation of the issue.
Process
We aim to review refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
What we don't refund
- Disagreement with AI-generated recommendations when the report was delivered and works as described.
- Change of mind after viewing the report.
- Reports that were delivered successfully and are technically functional.
