Refund Policy
We want every paid Robot Visible report to be useful and fair. If something goes wrong, we'll work to make it right.
Our commitment
We want you to find your report useful. If you do not, we will review the issue fairly and look for the right outcome.
When we refund
- If a report fails to generate.
- If a technical error prevents report delivery.
- If the report is demonstrably low quality for your specific case.
How to request
Email hello@robotvisible.com within 14 days of purchase with your report URL and a short explanation of the issue.
Process
We aim to review refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
What we don't refund
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated recommendations, which are suggestions rather than guarantees.
- Change of mind after viewing the report.
- Reports that were delivered successfully and are technically functional.
