Why headline prices are not directly comparable
Three currencies are in play across these vendors, and none of them publishes a converted equivalent. A euro price and a dollar price sitting in the same column look comparable and are not, particularly once payment-processing conversion is applied to a monthly subscription.

Cost per tracked prompt, where the unit is comparable
Dividing price by allowance is the only way to see what a plan actually buys, but it only works where vendors publish the same unit. The table below covers entry tiers that publish a count of distinct prompts tracked on a single-brand plan. Credit-metered plans (Rankscale, AthenaHQ) and bulk analysis volumes (Evertune) are excluded, because dividing those by price produces a number that invites comparison without supporting it. Knowatoa and Ahrefs publish no prompt count at entry tier, so they are excluded too.
The table is grouped by billing currency and ranked only inside each group. Figures in different currencies are not ranked against each other, because doing so requires a conversion rate that changes daily and would produce a league table that reorders itself without any vendor changing a price.
Read the engine column alongside the cost column. Among dollar-priced entry tiers, the cheapest per prompt is OtterlyAI Lite at $1.93 covering 4 engines, and the dearest is Semrush AI Visibility Base at $3.96 covering 4 engines, so a per-prompt figure on its own can point in exactly the wrong direction. Note also that Semrush AI Visibility Base is billed per domain, so a second site doubles it.
